Ron and Hermione what you didn’t know

Disclaimer: I don’t own any characters ((Sadly L)) and I’m not affiliated with J.K Rowling. It’s just a love fan-fic. * Sighs *

Rating: I guess PG-13 for some cute yet not so childish scenes…

Book One’s secrets:

((When Harry was in the hospital wing, Ron’s view))

Ron, after he had been healed for some minor injuries had been walking with Hermione. They were planning on seeing Hagrid, instead of waiting around, worrying. They got to Hagrids’ hut, and they talked about what happened in the dungeons.

“Me, blimey, I’m surpris’d yeh made it out ‘live,” Hagrid boomed when they finished their story.

“I’m not so surprised,” Hermione beamed at Ron and Hagrid, waiting for an explanation, “ Well, I would’ve been more surprised if their had only been 2 of us, we each contributed in our own way… it took some teamwork.” Hermione pointed out, grinning.

“Well, it was mainly Harry.” Ron said with his ears red looking down at his feet.

Hermione placed a comforting hand on his shoulder.

“No, don’t think that way. We couldn’t have made it through Wizards’ Chess without your great commanding skills and, of course, your brave sacrifice.” She said reassuringly.

Ron looked up at her, as if he’d seen her for the first time, she was beautiful, her smile, that look, everything.

“Yeh ‘lright Ron?” Hagrid said looking at Ron.

Ron jumped; he completely forgot Hagrid was there.

“Ron?” Hagrid repeated.

“Yeah, I’m fine.” Ron said.

Hermione took her hand off his shoulder looking at him with this look, was it puzzled or frightened? Ron couldn’t tell, but he almost wished she hadn’t taken her hand off his shoulder. What had just happened? What was happening to him? He wasn’t sure. They excused themselves and said their good byes to Hagrid.

“What happened in there?” Hermione asked once they were right outside of Hagrids’ window.

Ron blushed. Had she noticed? Think Ron. ‘Play dumb’ was all that came to mind.

“What do you mean?” Ron said, trying to put on a puzzled face. It didn’t work.

“You know what I mean, you looked… sick or something,” She said worried. ”You okay?”

Instead of saying something he just kissed her on the cheek and backed away.

“Ron…” she managed to say shrilly, but it was to late he was already running for the castle. Not daring to look back. All he could think is: ‘BLOODY HELL! WHAT HAVE I JUST DONE?!’ he decided to go to the boys dorm. About a half an hour later, he felt he needed to say sorry, or something. He got up the courage and, he was going to the library. The common room was empty except for Hermione, who was sitting there looking as if she were on the verge of tears. He couldn’t just leave her there.

“Hermione?” he said weakly. She jumped. “I’m sorry.”

“For what?” she said and frowned. ”You don’t like me, do you?” she said turning red and looking down.

“No I …I guess I do…” Ron said now looking down sheepishly. ”But, just to be sure.”

He said shaking his head, as if he wasn’t sure what he was doing. He gently turned her head towards his, and kissed her again, but this time on the lips. It seemed like forever, but he didn’t mind. They finally pulled away; Ron smirked, ”Okay, I definitely do. But I don’t think we should tell anyone, okay?”

Hermione grinned, eyes now twinkling, she was so beautiful, ”Yeah, sure no problem.”

He breathed a soft sigh of relief, in a way she was his, and that’s all that mattered.

((Hermione’s view))

Hermoine had been crying for quite some time, before Ron had awoken. They decided to go down to Hagrids’. Hermione still wouldn’t admit she liked Ron. And she kept looking at him. Nothing. Until after their story Hermione had reassured Ron they ALL helped equally. Then, the strangest thing happened, Ron gave her this weird sorta look…it was an awed, caring, loving look. She figured he felt sick or something then, she remembered her hand and removed it. They said good-bye to Hagrid. When they got outside curiosity got the best of her.

“What happened in there?” She blurted.

He blushed. She saw that face that told her he was doing some quick thinking.

“What do you mean?” Ron said faking a puzzled look, she knew better

“You know what I mean Ron.” She said, “ You looked sick.”

He got a crazed possessed look and didn’t respond, he kissed her though it was on the cheek a kiss was a kiss. He backed away and went scarlet.

”Ron…” she had meant to sound happy, or anything but what she did sound like, she sounded like he was crazy. Her voice was shrill and high-pitched. And he ran away. She looked down thought of running after him… but didn’t. She felt weird. She turned around and Hagrid was grinning at her through the window! She turned pink. He gestured her to follow him still grinning broadly. And she tried, but couldn’t catch up. So she just went up to the common room sat there and almost cried, looking down.

“Hermione?” Ron voice said from behind her, she jumped. How long had he been there, watching?! “I’m sorry,” he muttered. Hermione’s eyes flashed in anger, had it been a mistake? He didn’t like her?

“For what…” Hermione said trying not to sound bitter, ”You don’t like me, do you?” she muttered hopelessly.

“No, I… I guess I do” Ron said now looking down. Hermione hid her grin and shock, and then he looked at her. ”Just to be sure…” he kissed her again, but on the lips. It was as if time had stood still and that the world was spinning beneath her feet. They pulled away, Ron put on his very handsome and smug grin, ”Definitely, I don’t we should mention this to anyone…okay?”

She was still stunned so anything sounded good, “Yeah. Sure. No problem.” She knew she sounded stupid but it didn’t matter, Ron mattered.
